had tear trough with check augmentation 4 weeks ago, 10 days ago had top up as one eyes was still puffy with a bruise and the other still hallow with tyndall effect , she tried to get the some the filler via needle to take the tyndall effect but actually got worse and she is offering a dissolve tor the filler

Great question. An in person exam is necessary to best advise you. A photo prior to any injection would be ideal to best note what positive/negative effect your received from the tear trough filler. However, based on the photos available, I would recommend dissolving the filler you currently have and starting over. Hopefully your injector used a filler made of hyaluronic acid (HA gel). HA is normally found in your tissues and the enzyme to dissolve it (hyaluronidase) is readily available and safe. This may take more than one injection to completely dissolve the filler. After the filler is dissolved, a new baseline exam is needed. You may still be a candidate for filler, however care must be taken to the exact type of filler and the experience of the injector in this delicate area. You also may be a better candidate for laser resurfacing or possibly even lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition. 
Regardless, I recommend you see an oculofacial plastic surgeon to get you to your goal as safely as possible.
