I had Viterase ( Hyaluronidase) yesterday to even out my bumpy lips. The doctor injected the lower lips and a tiny bit of the left side of the upper lip. Couple of hrs later I had swelling and pain in my right side of lips it felt a bit hard. Woke up in the morning it subsided but still looks more swollen than its natural size. And now there are NEW asymmetry in my upper lip and it still feels sort of hard !! I don't know what to do ?!??!?
I am from Austria and desperately looking for help. I was injected hyaluroidase and since then I have only more problems. my skin has been burning for months and the pain is spreading. the skin is dry, the eyes too and the eyelashes fall out. I am afraid and hope to find advice why this happens ??
Because I am abroad for awhile, I went to a reputable foreign doctor for hyaluronidase. I've had Vitrase and Hylenex before w/ minimal pain, but these injections were SO painful. They burned horribly. 2 hours later, the areas are warm and tingly. Is there a difference between pure hyaluronidase and Vitrase/Hylenex? What might account for the difference in my experiences w/ hyaluronidase. I'm concerned I've done serious damage.
I have had a few 1ml Restylane and Uma Jeunesse injected in my lips. In the past month I have noticed a lump on my upper lip so I went to a clinic to have hyaluronidase injected to dissolve the lump. 5 days later the bump got very swollen and painfull. Is this normal? The clinic I went to is closed over the weekend so I will most probably not get a reply until then.
Had 1ml filler done Weds bottom lip occluded, hyalase was used instantly and colour returned. 2 days after woke up in excessive agony across the chin area, returned to clinic and have been given antibiotics and steroid course. Still concerned this is necrosis? I have small white pimples developing. Also my concern was that I have a chin implant inserted 6 years ago, could the hyalase have effected this? The surgeon thinks I have either had a reaction to the hyalase or too much has been inserted.
I had a second round of hyaluronidase placed on each cheeks due to imflammation , overfill of juvederm, also 8 units of botox just on my forehead same day. A week later my left cheek is swollen, very painful, numb and my upper left lip will not move. (Looks like I had a stroke). I have had botox for the pass 5 yrs no issues. The first round of hyaluronidase didn't to this.
I got 150units of hialuronidase diluted in 3ml saline in nasal folds & marionette lines for disolving 1ml of HA. It caused pain & redness in my skin and itching in my eyes, getting dried and red. After a few days I got eczema and after 2 months my eyes still sting and I have a grey zone in each sclera, next to the lacrimal, that I didn't have before. The ophtalmologist said that my sclera in that area is thinner. Could hialuronidase injections have caused scleral thinning or colouring it? Thanks
I had hyaluronidase injected approx. 2 months ago to dissolve Juvederm under the eyes, tear trough and malar region. The doctor used a very, very generoous amount of hyaluronidase. I had much swelling initially, which has reduced, but my under eyes remain puffy. Worst of all, I am now experiencing dry, very painful eyes. I have been to several opthalmologists. I am producing enough tears, but they are not remaining stable on my eyes. I never had a problem prior to hyaluronidase. help?
I got 3 syringes of Restalyne fillers placed throughout my face 3 months ago. Instant regret but waited the 3 weeks and went elsewhere to have dissolved They used 3 syringes of Hylenex. 1 was used in temples. I have to get more dissolved due to filler left but since temple dissolving my temples have hurt! My ears are constantly crackling too.. I'm nervous to get more hylenex but my cheeks are uneven now and still hhave filler in jaws. Normal or advice please
