I had my fillers dissolved ultrasound targeted in my nasolabial folds and smile lines. I had the filler for 8 months. Residual filler isnt seen in ultrasound. But till now, 2 months out from dissolving i have a persistent edema in my left face. I wonder about the reason for this? I had a second opinion under ultrasound from another aesthetic doctor and he didnt find filler as well. What could be the underlying issue? Thank you in advance
Is there an ideal time to dissolve filler? 7 months ago, I had a small amount of Vollure filler for my nasolabial folds (first time), but now Im regretting it after reading about potential issues like incomplete dissolving, tissue expansion, etc.. Im 35 and want to avoid any risks of damaging my face any further so Im concerned about dissolving. From a physiological standpoint, is it better to dissolve filler sooner rather than later, or does waiting longer have any advantages? Thank you.
I have had injection of Teosyal Rh3 in my nasolabial folds and smile lines. As i had a hypersensitivity typ 4 reaction to the filler, i am dissolving it ultrasound targeted. Unfortunately the ultrasound shows integrated filler rather than bubbles of filler. How can i be sure, all fillers are dissolved completely? I cannot find any scientific publication on that. I was recommended to do MRI again, but as far as i know, MRI resolution is limited? It would be Tesla3 MRI. Thank you
Hi I was wondering if dissolving my upper eyelid fillers would be advantages to the overall harmony/balance of my face? I had them injected by a board certified plastic surgeon twelve years ago after noticing a slight reduction of fullness in that area. I was advised by the surgeon that it would look strange to have that much filler administered, however, I insisted on proceeding with it. I have provided a current pic and a pic of my younger self.
I received filler in my jawline in April, under my eyes in June and in my lips in August. Two weeks ago all of these injected areas have become firm and swollen. For the past week, my doctor has been treating me with allergy meds, antibiotics, and hydrochlorothiazide. The inflammation is subsiding (slowly), but the areas are still firm. 2 Questions: Is there any chance these areas will become soft again? If I dissolve the filler with hyaluronidase will it also dissolve my own tissue?
It seems like my filler is mostly in the center of my lip and there is a large section missing filler. My lip protrudes in the center and is lacking volume on the right side of the photos especially. Do I need to fully dissolve and start over? Is a partial dissolve possible? I dont know what to say to my injector
I've had tear trough filler and now a month has passed by and i see that my left eye is over filled (it makes my cheek look puffy somehow next to my nose) my question is can i get just a small area (the one that's bothering me) dissolved and not the whole filler? Thank you.
I am getting my lip filler dissolved soon, I'd like to get dental work done after as soon as I can, before refilling. I know I need to wait two weeks before and after filling...? But what about after dissolving my current filler? Can I go a week later for dental work? Cleaning, filling, crown..?
I decided to get my whole upper lip dissolved because was there was some migration, it was projecting, and slightly overfilled. In the past, I've used juvederm xc in small amounts in my lips. I most recently used one of the softer fillers. I've been injected with 3 full vials of hylenex. The size decreased, but I still have some nodules left. Does seems like an excessive amount to still have anything left? I'm wondering if I need to find a new injector.
