Most often just aggressive massage will smooth out areas that have been over filled in just a few days without having to dissolve the filler. Just pinch the areas aggressively and rub between your fingers.

Your treatment is funky. If the treatment was just performed (in the past week), I recommend giving it perhaps another week to see how it settles. Your injector may not really know what they are doing. However, a small amount of enzyme can be used to shape this treatment in the centeral lip. You are missing filler at the edges of the upper lip. The central upper lip is overfilled. The outer aspects of the upper lip are under filled. I personally think that lips should look natural. Your challenge is that is hard to find injectors who know what they are doing. You are asking your injector to sculpt the face. It takes more than a white coat and a syringe of filler.
