When is the best time to dissolve hyaluronic filler (Vollure)?

If you are happy with the way that it looks right now, there is really no need to dissolve it. If you are unsatisfied with the results, it is best to dissolve it sooner than later especially with a highly crosslinked product like Vollure. I have seen long unwanted lumps form that do not respond to hyaluronidase and this is most likely because of overstimulation around the filler. Whether it is collagen, biofilm or granuloma forming, these only respond to steroid or 5FU injections which have risks of their own. A clue to a reaction happening is if the lump or fullness increases in size after any swelling from the injection goes down. If you suspect this, have the filler dissolved with hyaluronidase and it it does not respond, find a doctor who is experienced in treating these adverse reactions.
