Hello, I got cheek fillers in March 2024, but they feel overfilled. Im considering dissolving them, but Ive heard hyaluronidase can break down natural HA, which worries me. After struggling with an eating disorder and alcohol addiction, Ive lost a lot of fat and collagen in my face and dont want it to sag more. Should I wait for the filler to dissolve naturally? I've also heard it can migrate. The filler looks fine when relaxed, but my smile looks off. Any advice?
I received Voluma in my cheeks about one month ago. I have the overfilled Hollywood face and am devastated. The apples of my cheeks are huge, and I fear I will never smile again. I have read that this product is thick and difficult to break down with hyaluronidase and have seen reports that people end up with horrible results with, among other things, collagen that is melted. Is it possible, given how deep Voluma is injected, to remove it without damage?
Will the lips look the same as before the fillers and not smaller or deflated? Hi, I have had lip fillers (Juverderm) one and a half years ago. I have decided to have my lip filler dissolved because I now can see clearly the filler spread. I have had a lot of volume on my upper lip - like a mustache - and I don't know if it will be possible to dissolve it.
Since hyaluronic acid plays a key role in nourishing collagen, wouldn't that mean that when HA is degraded suddenly due to an injection of hyaluronidase, there's a domino effect where cells can no longer hold water and collagen then degenerates, leading to loss of skin elasticity? I had hyaluronidase injected just beneath the orbital rim to dissolve tear trough filler, and months later the entire front of my cheek is still depleted and a different texture, where I never had filler.
Hi, I have had lip fillers April last year and it still there and now I've a small lump one side of my top lip. I went to dissolve it with Hyaluronidase the and the doctor used Hyaluronidase twice to dissolve the filler in over two weeks time but my lips are still the same the Hyaluronidase did not work whatsoever. Need help if there's anything else I can do it to go away? The doctors told me that it's not a scar tissue it might be my collagen.

Now i have like a kind of skin damage on the area between nose and lips area(mustache) area , (looking like broke my collagen or like shadow there, like the skin is thinner) How can i fix it, how to build collagen back there?
