I got lipo on my outer thighs and fat grafting to hip dips. I didn't realize the surgeon was going to take all the fat from my thighs now i'm left with a rectangular shaped body and lumpy legs that don't match my hips. This is my biggest regret. I know i can't reverse it but i want to get my body as close as i can to pre-surgery. The second imagine with the leggings was pre-surgery
Answer: Hip Dips I think you would be a candidate for a BBL. Here is why. Filling hip dips is really better done with a BBL rather than just placing fat in the hip dip area because the hip dip actually starts in the butt itself so if it is not filled in completely you will end up an incompletely filled in hip dip and then fat needs to be put back in your legs from the hip dip point of maximal projection and blended into your leg to get a smooth look that makes your butt, hip and legs all match and flow as one line. I call it the Ogee Line.

Answer: The implication of Outer thigh, Liposuction Fullness in the outer thigh is part of the female S-figure. Some may refer to this as an hourglass or Coke bottle figure but I personally referred to it as the S curve or the S figure which goes from the armpit down to the knee.Reversing, previous Liposuction is inherently difficult.Grafting that may be possible, but areas previously treated aggressively with liposuction may have insufficient host tissue to allow grafted fat to successfully survive. To get anything close to your previous contour well for sure require multiple sessions of fat grafting. You need to also consider where is that fat going to be harvested from. to make a quality assessment we need to see proper before and after pictures.Your pre-picture does help, but you should have a set of proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have those and ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.Your surgeon should’ve taken before and after pictures. There may be room for improvement, but in order to make a good assessment, we need good pictures. This means pictures from every angle.Delivering consistent quality Liposuction results is more difficult than most people realize. The number of plastic surgeons who approach mastery of this procedure is small. I always recommend patient have multiple in person consultations before selecting a provider for permanent irreversible body contouring procedures.Bring pictures of yourself to use as reference for each consultation.Do not rely on memory Of what your body looks like when reviewing before and after pictures.During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patients who had similar body characteristics to your own.An experienced plastic surgeon should have access to hundreds of before, and after pictures to choose from. There should ideally be no uncertainty of what your results are going to look like.In the hands of the right provider, you should see enough before and after pictures of people who look just like you to understand what your results are going to look like. Reducing the outer thigh gives some more slim athletic look but reduces from the feminine S curve. For a more lean athletic look, your results are quite good. There is some unevenness in the contour in the hip area.Consider that revision work is far more difficult and complicated than primary procedures spread andAny attempt at improving Liposuction outcomes can easily make things worse. Considering how few plastic surgeons approach mastery of this kind of work any attempt at a secondary procedure needs to be done only after you found the right provider and this may be difficult. The biggest mistake I see patients make is having only one consultation and then scheduling surgery. Surgeons are less likely to have a complete collection of before and after pictures of revision work since it is far less common than primary procedures. There may be room for improvement, but restoring your contour to pre-procedure is not going to be realistic.Whether it’s a primary procedure or revision work provider selection is the most important variable. As I mentioned revision work is much more difficult than primary procedures and photographing adds a significant level of complexity, and to some degree uncertainty.
