What happens if I get hip dip transfer early post sleeve surgery?

I’m 2 months post op from sleeve surgery, currently 5’7 180 pounds. I was considering a minimal Lipo and hip dip transfer around April. I KNOW they say we have to wait 1-2 years but I only see aesthetic reasons I want to know if my health is really at risk besides the usual In my case I don’t even want a tummy tuck right now and my loose skin isn’t an insecurity I just want an hourglass shape as natural as possible my waist is good it’s just my hips :(
