Is this a realistic result? Can you fix this saddle bag look?

I got banana roll lipo years ago and it it destroyed my gluteal fold. I've since had two reconstructive surgeries but the last one was over corrected and now I have two bulges that look like saddle bags! This makes me super insecure because you can see them through every clothing item and I have to arch my back all day long so my butt doesn't look like a flabby square! :( Are these edited "after" photos realistic? Can I achieve the look I've been dreaming of for years? Im young and tired

I am not sure you will get to your edited photo but I think your only chance is to have a combination of liposuction of the excess fat giving you the fold combined with some adjacent fat grafting to help contour the area. Essentially I would suggest a BBL with a combination of liposuction in the area of excess fat. I think if you just have liposuction of the area in question it will be unsuccessful.

Having had multiple previous operations, your situation is complex and realistically the chance of improving things at this point are probably not great.Anytime someone had previous surgery. Most likely, the fullness in the outer thigh is not related to fat distribution but rather to how the skin drapes. If you’ve had preview surgeries, then I’m guessing your previous provider have already tried to reduce this area and have have failed. The banana roll should not be treated with Liposuction.The banana roll does not represent an issue related to fat distribution.The banana roll is a skinfold that forms in an upright standing position.Removing fat in this area usually sets the patient up for disfigurement that’s very difficult to correct. You should absolutely only rely in person consultations.Delivering consistent quality Liposuction results is more difficult than most people realize.The number of plastic surgeons who approach mastery of this kind of work is quite small.Finding the right provider is difficult.
