HA fillers for hip dips?

I have been looking into various procedures to fill my hip dips. I don’t believe I have enough fat on my body for a fat transfer and sculptra results seem unpredictable. I’m wondering why injecting HA fillers into the hip dip area isn’t more common in the USA? I have seen to procedure offered overseas in Europe, what am I missing? Besides the obvious hefty price tag, is performing this procedure risky?

I personally would never advise someone to use fillers in their gluteal area. number one it just doesn't make sense how a syringe of sculpture can cost $1500 and that fills in the cheeks and it is 2ml or so while the volume I use to fill a hip dip may be 200 ml so I just don't see how it is financially possible. So they are dilute fillers and they are hard, can discolor the skin and are inadequate in my opinion.

Fat is a much better option. Most people don't realize that even skinny patients usually have enough fat to fill the hip dips via a BBL. They tend to overestimate the amount of fat needed so you may be a candidate for a BBL and not realize it.

If it is true and you really just don't have any fat to use than there is another option that in my opinion is better than fillers and that is Alloclae. It is fat but cadaveric fat. That is fat from someone who has passed away. It is also expense but it comes in higher volumes and is better at filling hip dips.

For most patients, I see hip dips can be successfully treated by simply removing fat above the hip dip reducing the love handles to create a smooth, harmonious, female, S-curve, a.k.a. Coke bottle, a.k.a. hourglass figure The hip dip is often a combination of both lacking tissue in one area in combination with excessive tissues immediately adjacent. While filling in the hip dip may make sense. It’s often far easier to improve the contour by removing rather than adding. You didn’t include pictures so we can’t begin to make an assessment. When hip dips are treated with volume restoration only we typically use several hundred cc to correct the contour adequately. Considering that a typical H a filler in the United States is about $600 per milliliter most patients find the idea of spending. $20,000-$60,000 for a temporary treatment prohibitive. Large volume of the restoration is far better done with the transfer but like I mentioned earlier we can often fix the problem with Liposuction alone have a sufficiently talented provider. Each case is unique and needs to be assessed on an individual basis. Liposuction with her without fat transfer, is the gold standard and it’s by far the best way to do this.
For those who are independently, wealthy, or have the means to spend endless amounts of money on Fillers there’s no way in here to contraindication to using AH. Perhaps you are one of those people, but the majority of people simply can’t afford the cost.
