I did a gynecomastia surgery a year and a half ago. When I sit or bend my nipples dip inside my chest, or when I flex. I went to another doctor and he proposed fat injection and scar tissue release. I did that, it helped but the issue was still noticeable. He then did another surgery on me with local anesthesia and released the scar again. Helped a tad but the issue was still there so we did another scar release a month later. Why does my scar tissue keep sticking to my muscle and what to do?
Hello doctors, I had a gyne surgery 19 months ago (Tumescent Lipo + gland excision). Pre-surgery my right side has more enlargement than left. But I had noticed right after surgery my chest is flat on both sides. But after few months i had noticed again my right chest is looking bigger than left without Gyne look. I feel my surgeon performed too much liposuction and gland excision on left side and there is skin depression below areola. Thanks
I had gynecomastia surgery about 18 months ago with good results. Unfortunately I developed internal scar tissue that is not specific to underneath the nipple but the entire lower pec. I'm wondering if ultrasound therapy will help with this, considering the tissue is mature and the area might be too big for Kenalog to help, although I have had one set of injections already. Tried massage, and am assuming revision is going to be suggested, but no assurance scarring won't build up again.
I hate the results from my gynecomastia surgery. The creases under my chest are very noticeable and I lack the definition that I thought Id have. On top of that I still have discoloration around the nipple area. What happened? What can I do to fix this. Id like a full, natural looking chest.
About 18 months ago I had Gynecomastia surgery, without lipo. My problem is now the lower part of my nipples have excess scar tissue (where incision was made) and makes them stick out at the bottom. Not to mention fat distribution is also imbalanced (I assume do to the fact the breast tissue was different sizes?). So although I am pretty muscular (188lbs 11% bf) my chest still looks awful. I work as a personal trainer so looks matter. Is another surgery the only way to fix this?
