FUE Hair Transplant + Water Q&A

Im 7 days post op and wonder if I still need to spray my head regularly throughout the day ? Many thanks for any advice

By mistake my mom changed the direction of the faucet and the water was hot not boiling but hot and it was my day ten would that affect my grafts!

My transplant surgeon didn't told me that when to spray saline on my hair area. I have started doing saline spray after 40 hrs of surgery just by getting help from internet doctor's opinion. Now i need to know that how much loose will happen to my hair which arevtransplanted

I have recently had a FUE Hair transplant (2000 follicles) and part from swelling the recovery process is going okay, I'm on my second day after surgery and was told to use soapy water and a glass (pint) to soak over recipient area. The second day of using this process I've noticed white bits in my hair that I'm petrified are the roots I need for my hair to grow, please advise, unfortunately it's the weekend and the clinic I went to is closed till Monday.
