FUE Hair Transplant + Hit Q&A

I had FUE, only 1000 grafts, 15 days ago. Today I slipped trying to an elevated push-up and scraped the recipient area a bit. Slight bleeding and some hair fell out. Seems to be no swelling but the skin of the scalp is scraped. Bleeding was slight, just like a small scrape or broken skin. Bleeding stopped quickly and Ive applied neosporin. Bump was not hard, no swelling.

Dear all, I recently underwent hair restoration surgery. Since the surgery I have not been resting too well. I run a construction firm and had to be on site most days doing physical labor. Ive been taking it easy st work though I have hit my head a few times. No blood shed though. Im beginning to think Ive lost grafts. Please could a professional give me an opinion from the photos Ive attatched below?

hi, 5 days after my hairtransplant i had my smartphone over my head ( 15 cm about over my head) and it fell , hitting it. I didn't bleed and there wasn't reddending of my head. Can i have compromised something?
