I had FUE hair transplant surgery 5 months ago. Hair growth started by the end of the third month. However there is obvious difference between right side and left side in growth. The implant was done by 2 persons and I feel that the difference may be because bad technique of one of them as the difference is sharp. What I should do now? The doctor says that this difference is blood supply related.
I am 38 years old and underwent a hair transplant procedure 5 months and 10 days ago to address my stage 6 baldness. The doctor utilized a combination of FUT and FUE techniques, transplanting a total of 4000 grafts. However, I am concerned because my scalp is still visible, and the density of my hair is not satisfactory. I am wondering if I should have opted for more than 4000 grafts. Can you provide an estimate of when my hair will
I had FUE procedure 5 months ago. It is noticibly thicker on left side than the right. But, even on the right, it seems quite spread out and you can clearly see the scalp between the hairs when looking at it, even from a slight distance. Also, the recipient area is still a bit red, which I understand unusual at 5 months. does not hurt/ not warm to touch just a little red still. I understand more growth will come, but looking at the pictures, might I expect enough to close gaps and hide scalp?
I had 3300 grafts at the front, the top and the crown area. The left side seems to be growing better then the right. On the right hand side it looks as if some of the hairs havent come out of the scalp again since they shedded. As you can see in the pictures, the one where the hair is thick and full of grafts before they shed, after they shed one side hasnt grown back as well. Will I expect to see these hairs grow back, seen as how they grew in when they were originally transplanted?
After 5 months fue surgery, i had a pretty good growth and i was really satisfied. But after sometime, instead of getting more density, i found that i was losing some and going backwards. now at the eight months mark, i feel i have lesser density than i had at 5 months. Is it because of minoxidil and finasteride and other products to lower dht that i use resulting in erratic growth phase of my fue transplanted hair? or is it something serious i should be concerned about? thanks
I had my FUE transplant on March 5th, 2018. Its been 4 months, 20 days since i got my hair transplant. Just curious to know how is my progress looking as per today as I am little worried. Please see the attached pictures before and after(I took these right now). I had traction alopecia.
I have had a FUE hair transplant in Oct 2018 for my hairline (1500 grafts). It's been 5 months and my concern is with my donor area. My donor area though recovered, i can see some bald patches and it is somewhat visible.Photos attached The right side is more visible and people can make out that something is amiss. My question is since i am 5 months over my procedure, will my donor area improve or will it remain the same?? my doctor said it will improve.
