Hello, Im a 43 year old Caucasian male and I wanted to get an opinion on if the growth is where it should be, and why I have had folliculitis on and off almost a year later. I also had the prp w/exosome injections but that hasnt seemed to do much to help with growth, or help reverse gray hair like advertised. I would appreciate any help or advice. I have been looking at a lot of 10 month post fue pics and my growth looks like its definitely lagging.
23 year old female with a genetically very sparse hairline that was filled in with 9000 grafts 10 months ago. I was told that the first 5 mm are all single grafts and the rest are a combination of singles and doubles. At my checkup they told me its normal that my hair looks so pluggy and unnatural and the thickness and weird texture will change at around 1.5 - 2 years. Is this really true or should I be worried? Right now its very obvious Ive had a transplant as my natural hair is very fine
It has been about ten months since I got a hair transplant on my frontal hairline and crown areas. I had around 3900 grafts transplanted in total. I'd like to know whether I should be worried about the lack of coverage or whether this looks appropriate for a 10 month post op procedure?
Will they fall out naturally with new hair growth to follow? Had FUE with 3000 follicles last Dec17. Good progress in hair growth, though density is lacking. Noticed many stubble type hair that is not growing out fully. They feel rough and sharp to the touch. I pulled a few and they glided out quite easily. I've taken a magnified picture of this shaft and wanted to understand what this may be? The curved end is below the skin level Dead hair in a healthy follicle? Should I pull out these dead hairs with tweezers? Will new hair grow in the follicle?
Hello, I had a 2000 grafts FUE procedure. Everything its ok, Im in the 10 month after the procedure. Doctor told me that didn't recommend taking the dutasteride pills, instead he prefers to inyect it in my scalp. That way I can avoid secondary effects, however I can't go on regular basis to his clinic. Instead, i'll take the pill, 1 mg per day. How much time should I take it? 1 year? 5? All my life? Is it dangerous for the kidneys or liver to take it for so long? Thanks.
Hey all, I got an FUE transplant last December (12-2-20). i was a Norwood 5. I got a total of 4800 grafts implanted. currently in month 10 post op. When will my hair thicken up? I feel like IT'S taking forever, or maybe it was a poorly done? please help me. Thank you
Hi, I had an Fue transplant 9 and a half months ago but till now I'm not satisfied with the density. We used 1750 grafts. As you look at my picture do you think that it will still cover the whole bald area or I will need another transplant in the future?
When I presented the results of a FUE 3000 grafts transplant after 5 months in this same site, the doctors responded it was a well done treatment. However, when I show the pictures regarding 10 months after the FUE was made, they say it is badly done by the surgery team. What can we conclude about it? Where can I find an expert in Portugal/Spain? Pictures are attached
