23 year old female with a genetically very sparse hairline that was filled in with 9000 grafts 10 months ago. I was told that the first 5 mm are all single grafts and the rest are a combination of singles and doubles. At my checkup they told me it’s normal that my hair looks so pluggy and unnatural and the thickness and weird texture will change at around 1.5 - 2 years. Is this really true or should I be worried? Right now it’s very obvious I’ve had a transplant as my natural hair is very fine
