Hello! I had a FUE surgery on my crown for 2415 grafts, done on May 18th 2023. I am running into the 15th month now and I barely see the results on the crown. Is there a possibility that the surgery failed?. I consume liquor on a weekly basis. Did that habit destroy the transplanted grafts?
I had a FUE procedure almost a year ago and noticed these small bumps on the hairline. If this is Cobblestoning? If so, what caused this and what can be done to repair this? I have my 1 year follow up coming up with the surgeon and was wanting to go over a 2nd procedure for more density but if this is a surgeon error I would like to know so that I don't go through with a 2nd surgery with this surgeon. Thanks in advance!!
I had an FUE transplant well over a year ago, and these are my results. The surgeon maintains that the surgery was a success, and that nothing more could have been done. However, I am extremely disappointed in the result (I see more scalp underneath than hair), so I am at a loss on what to do...I see this as a failed procedure and am extremely saddened.
Had an FUE in September 2021 on the crown. Had my last check up in July and and I have seen no improvement on the back. My clinic has asked me to go back in March (after the 18 month) to assess. just looking for peoples view and experience. Although the top up would be free of charge I dont have much desire to have another, so I am hoping it will fill in.
Hairline lowering after FUE hair transplant? Had my first hair transplant one year ago To lower my hairline. Ended up with scarring in my hairline. Had a new one at another clinic to fill it in 3 Months ago. I feel my skin rising. 2 stiff bumps are forming underneath my skin and i feel my skin is rising. Scared that i might have hyperfibrotic healing. Is a hairline reduction still possible if a have scar tissue? And if so, at what time?
Hi Doc, I have had FUE hair transplant 13 months back from Turkey. There is a spot in my hairline where the hair is just not growing. I can see the tiny hair popping out of the skin and it looks like the hair is starting to grow but it has been the same since the four month mark. My surgeon had examined and was surprised too. She asked me to wait for couple more months as roots seem to be there but the hair just does not seem to grow in that area with time. It does not seem normal. Please help.
I did have 3 hairtransplant (together about 7000 grafts) at Turkey, the last one was at 3.10.2021. Some places its empty and the donor area is thinner than it should be. The doctors told me before the operation its possible to do a micropigmentation. Iam not very happy with my hair density. Its is possible to do something? Thank you
Im 40, male, 18 stone , 6ft 3 , average fitness with a physical job. Had my fue Dec 2020 and Im not happy with the result so Ive gone back to the surgeon and theyve done another. Im worried the same thing will happen. Can you tell me if the first looks like a failure or poor surgery. Photos attached. Everything went well with the first op, no health issues.
Hello, I had a successful FUE procedure 1 year ago, the hairs in my recipient area have grown well, I used minox and finasteride but stopped after 1 month post Ht due to side effects. I would like to ask the pros here if it is okay and safe to start using a Derma pen 1x a week with needles set at 1mm/1.5mm to micro needle areas on my scalp that are already growing transplanted hairs as I would like added new naive hair growth for added density, is it safe to do this?..Would it damage the hairs?
