Hi Doc, I have had FUE hair transplant 13 months back from Turkey. There is a spot in my hairline where the hair is just not growing. I can see the tiny hair popping out of the skin and it looks like the hair is starting to grow but it has been the same since the four month mark. My surgeon had examined and was surprised too. She asked me to wait for couple more months as roots seem to be there but the hair just does not seem to grow in that area with time. It does not seem normal. Please help.

According to the growth graphic, you will achieve 80%-90% growth in 12th months after the hair transplant. I suggest you to contact your doctor about your results.
Vitiligo and graft whitening are together. Skin cells and grafts root cells lack of melanin pigments. If you carry these grafts anywhere, melanin pigmentation deficiency will go on. So your hairline grafts include white and normal color grafts. Only white grafts makes your hairline white.
Previous Scalp Micropigmentation (MPG) treatment is not a contraindication for any hair transplant procedure. In fact, we regularly perform hair transplant procedures on patients having undergone MPG. There is no reason why you cannot do it.
