Are these claims consistent with your experience? Have any of your patients come to you with such outcomes down the line? Many people say at first, their skin looks good but then after some time, they realize that the Fraxel has destroyed other barriers and caused other damages to the underlying tissues and fat. Many many people say their skin and face sagged due to fat loss, their pores became worse and many other complaints. Are there dangers here that aren't being recognized or spoken about?
I have suffered damage from the fraxel laser. This has manifested itself in the form of fat loss in the forehead and the temples. The results are random indention/depressions, fine lines and track marks. How can this be fixed? Fillers? Fat transfers? Stem Cells? PRP? Please help as this is really distressing me.

I've read several horror stories about people having Fraxel treatments and then suffering facial fat loss and holes left in their faces. Is this common with Fraxel treatments? And is there reason to be concerned that, even if the Fraxel laser doesn't harm someone immediately, damage can appear years after treatment?
I'm a 30 year old female, persian and had fair skin prior to laser treatment. I went to a board certifies dermatologist and did a fraxel dual 1550 about 9 months ago for acne scar. Now my skin is darker, have fat loss, and more scars. My skin burns and frosts right away if I use any toner or lotion. My skin is itchy all the time. I went back to the dr and discussed this with him and he completely demised it. does time heal my skin? How long does the healing process continue? Is there anyway to fix it?
