I've read several horror stories about people having Fraxel treatments and then suffering facial fat loss and "holes" left in their faces. Is this common with Fraxel treatments? And is there reason to be concerned that, even if the Fraxel laser doesn't harm someone immediately, damage can appear years after treatment?

Go back to the doctor who recommended the fraxel to you and show this to them. Maybe the levels where too high, im not sure why it caused this but i would go back to them. Good luck.
