Facial fat loss and volume after Fraxel dual laser.

I have 3 sessions with fraxel dual laser (70 mJ energy) 6 months ago I have since 6 months a great fat loss (loss volume with chin, lips cheeks and forehead What can I do I can t recognize my look in the mirror I m so bad Fraxel laser has ruined my face
