I had light brown spots on the side of eyes and a skin laser spa recommended for a Fraxel treatment to improve the melasma and big pores on my nose/face. The Fraxel left me with even darker sports all around eyes and no improvement on my pores.Would you please advise what else can be done to treat these brown spots after the Fraxel and improve the big pore size? I'm 40 years old Asian. Thank you!
I have age spots on my arms which react to self tanning lotions -they go orange. I am thinking of having them treated with Fraxel. Will they go completely or just fade- if the latter, will the self tan lotions still pick them out and leave orange spots on my arms ?
Hi. I am 45 years old with some sun damage/brown spots and some light wrinkles with lighter olive skin tone. Which do you recommend for skin rejuvenation and the brown spots and minimizing pores and wrinkles? The Picosure Focus or the Fraxel Dual?
I have a scar on my lower right abdomen and went in for fraxel treatment a week ago. I was reading previous comments left by doctors that said after 7 days the sandpaper brown spots should be gone. I still have mine as if it was just as rough as a third day. Just curious if being of Hispanic ethnicity and light tanned skin tone would reflect the healing process time wise?
I've undergone several Fraxel Dual treatments to treat minocycline hyperpigmentation but have seen little improvement. It's very depressing. I've read a few articles describing resolution of minocycline pigmentation using q-switched ruby or alexandrite lasers, but in all cases the patients have blue-grey pigmentation- I would describe mine to be mottled, spotty and brown, not blue-grey. Will wither laser be as effective in my case? I'd like opinions before spending more time and $. Many thanks.
