I want to maximize how much of my fat transfer remains. As I understand it blood flow is what makes it stay. Would taking certain supplements like COQ10 or gingko help or hurt? What are the best supplements in the first 2 weeks and afterwards to help the fat stay? Thank you!
I had fat transfer 6 weeks ago. At first I developed a moon face. As it subsided, the swelling settled in my jowls and jaw.. I look boxy with a big chin. Few days ago, feeling depressed I had a long cry in bed, and to my surprise I woke up the next day to a beautiful V shaped face. But that didn't last long as the swelling came back the next day and I look squarish and saggy again. I suppose the tears reduced the sodium in my body, which temporarily took away the edema? I love salty foods.
Hi, I'm due for my fat transfer in abt 2 weeks. Is there any tips or things I am do or eat to help in getting the best results? I was told by my doctor no noogleberry, alcohol, supplements 1 week before procedure. Any advice is welcome. Thank you
I am having fat grafting surgery next week and I take the following supplements daily: msm powder, borage oil, vitamin e, vitamin c, alpha lipoic acid. Do I need to stop all of them? Would these supplements cause more swelling/bruising or affect results?
