I had a lower face and neck lift that Im happy with. But it was enhanced with fat transfer to my upper face: cheeks, forehead, brows, and sub brow region. As a result, I have a pillow face. My cheeks stick out to the side of the face (skull-like look) and sub brow area transfer makes my eyelids so heavy I have very low brows now and hooded eyes. It looks very manly and distrorts my face. Is it possible to remove the fat from sub brow and cheek area without going under full facelift? And preferably under local? My body reacts very negatively to full anesthesia. My surgeon is very experienced but does not agree with the issues. We have a very different perception of what looks natural, unfortunately. Is micro liposuction a safe option?
My left side (view from my right) makes it look like my forehead has been sliced. It's very sloped compared with the view from my left side which is more rounded and convex, which I like. Is there a way to even it out? It really bothers me that my head looks so narrow and pointed from that angle. Is this something fat grafting or filler could fix or is it more severe than that?
24F this indented line started developing down the middle of my forehead around 2 years ago and has gotten worse. Its really bothering me and its making me really self conscious. It used to be mostly visible from one angle but its pretty prominent now and have no idea what could be causing it.
I posted on here before thinking what I had was fat loss, but I finally found out the changes I'm seeing are from something called pachydermoperiostosis. Since it's furrowing and skin thickening that is going on, how could this be treated by a plastic surgeon? Would it still be fat grafting even though it's skin thickening? I wrote a whole blog about getting diagnosed for anyone who is curious: https://youmemindbody.com/disease-illness/it-began-with-a-forehead-indentation
Would fat grafting help? How hard is it to fat grafting the forehead? The middle of forehead ain't tight too much slack please help me figure what wood be the best resolution? Specialist in forehead revisions? thanks
I had gotten fat transfer in my forehead. Unfortunately, due to fat necrosis visible hard lumps (cannot be seen on the photos) formed. I have tried fat dissolving injectons but lumps did not react, only healthy/live soft fat cells disappeared. What to do? No lipo is possible? Can be surgically removed?
I have had fat loss on the forehead which has made it quite bumpy and irregular, its also become quite loose. I have been recommended fat transfer to the sides above eyebrows however cant see many photos/ reviews on this procedure. How sucessful it is usually?
