Hyperpigmentation after upper and lower eyelid lift and what I thought was a light resurfacing in the operating room. I had this procedure done in Florida (I live in PA) on the recommendation of my sister. He is a board certified plastic surgeon from Melbourne Florida . 25 days later I hyperpigmentated. Went to see the doctor who put me on 6% Hydroquinone, Trenton 0.025%, vitamin c serum and moisturizer. Its been 9 weeks and the browness seems to be gone. Once healed will the Browness come back?
12 days post upper bleph. Despite faithfully using arnica, bromelain and Vitamin C for 2 weeks pre surgery, I got two very black eyes, lots of swelling and my scar lines are very visible and bumpy in some spots. It's only with lots of dermablend and my long bangs that I'm able to even go out in public. I feel like I will never look normal again. Am I disfigured for life? I feel sick to my stomach when I look in the mirror. Please help.
Reference to my earlier post about plexr treatment I did 5 month ago and the pigmentation it caused can I use vitamin C to lighten up the area or is it preferable to stay away from it as I heard it can make things worse .
I have always had one eye heavier looking than the other bit now mid thirties (almost!) it looks worse. I use high end skincare including retinol and vitamin c but those don't make enough difference. Please help point me in real right direction.
