The initial double eyelid surgery was completed over 10 years ago at age 18. Within a year of the surgery the left eyelid loosened into multi-fold eyelid like in the current picture. After 9 years, wondering if it is possible to revise the left eyelid to one fold and match the right eyelid with guaranteed results. I am OK with my eyes appearance as it can be fixed temporarily with tape/glue and makeup. I would be hesitant to undergo revision if it is risky or difficult to achieve matching folds.
I had incisional double eyelid surgery 4 months ago. I asked for a natural crease height, but the crease (especially the right side) is way too high. It's also way too deep and looks extremely unnatural and unflattering. Is it possible to lower the eyelid crease and make it more shallow? The surgeon unfortunately removed a lot of skin already... my eyebrows are too close to my eyes now can that also be fixed through revision by lowering the crease?
I had non-incisional double eyelid procedure 2 months ago. I want to reverse the procedure. Are the sutures removed from outside the eyelids or from inside the eyelids? Should I be concern about scarring? What are risks I should consider. Please help. Thank you.
Hello all, I did a double eyelid revision after my last double eyelid surgery made my eyes asymmetry. However this time my double eyelid is way higher and deeper which gives me a very mature look. Making me look way older than I actually am. I was thinking if it is possible to reverse it, as in slightly lower and less deep. Also it has been about 3 months already and my eyes looks like 2 sausages. Pls advise and help. Thank you.
I used to have tapered double eyelids that flared out at the end, but after double eyelid surgery a year ago, the doctor reversed my eyelid shape & made it very low at the end. Can this be reversed? 1. If the incision is cut very low and long past the eye, how can the crease become higher? Wouldnt that make my eyelashes and waterline evert up? 2. My overall eyelid area below crease is so much smaller. Can this be reversed? 3. Why is left eye crease loose & right deep and tight?
I am regretting my double eyelid ( suturing method) 2 weeks after. I read time is of essence and I should do reversal as soon as possible before scar tissue form. But am I hasty and should I wait longer? From the pic u can see more skin hanging no pressing down on my left eye. I hate how freakish I look now. I feel all swelling is mostly gone n I don't feel hopeful it will improve, m I right? I also read revision is more complicated so appreciate procedure, risks and recovery time advice.
I've done my non-incision double eyelid surgery. If I'm not satisfied with the result, when is the best reverse the surgery? I have natural double eyelids, I undergo non-incision double eyelid surgery to strengthen my natural crease as the crease is slightly out of position due to a stitch near by my eye.
I am half asian, and I had multiple surgeries when I was 11 to turn my almond eyes round. I was wondering if there was a possible way to make my eyes go back to being almond shaped? Now that Im older (20) I regret getting the surgeries
I had revision double eyelid surgery 3 month ago . Eyelids were created too high and distance between brow - crease and crease - eyelashes is the same . Is it possible to stretch the upper eyelid and make crease lower (my preference is single eyelids)?also i got prominent long scar. Please, could you help me with any advice
I had eyelid surgery done almost 3 months ago. At that time I just want to have double eyelid. However the doctor also suggested me to have epicanthoplasty and I listened to him. Now I feel so much regret to have my epicanthal fold done cause it makes my eyes sharper in which originally I already have a sharp eye. The fact that the area between my two eyes become so much closer than before makes me so stressed. Now I really want to reverse it to nearly its previous condition. Is it possible?
