I currently use moisturiser, retinol and hyaluronic acid to treat my stretch marks, however I am unsure if treating them whilst I havent lost weight is ineffective. I want to experiment with dermarolling for my stretch marks however I dont know whether to start this before or after weight loss. Also could you please let me know whether I should just continue the moisturising portion of my regimen and stop the retinol and hyaluronic acid until ive lost weight.
I'm planning on buying a dermaroller (1.5mm) to use on my stretch marks. I will be putting either bio oil or vitamin e on after. Would it be a good idea to take supplements that will boost the production of collagen while using my dermaroller? Or is it a waste of money? that is the one I was planning on getting, would a pill be better than powder? Would any other supplement be better?
Hi, I have many old white stretchmarks on my butt, hips and tighs. Ive been reading a lot about using the dermaroller at home to improve them, so I thought d try it. But then I read that dermarolling can hurt the skin around them, to the point that it creates even more. Is this true? Can it be more harmful? Thanks for the answer.
