Please see my youtube and IGTV videos on dermarolling you should be using a growth factor and stem cells serum (like anteagemd and/or EMK) and then applying a retinol mask with retinol, GF, vitamin C after.  See my link here from emeragecosmetics.com for the proper protocol.  Best, Dr. Emer.

No unforutunately the only thing that maybe able to help is internal hormonal optimization (see link) and sculptra injections. typically you lose weight and then you lift the sagging skin.  dermarolling will help crepe skin and texture though.  Best, Dr. Emer.
