I have concerns pertaining to raising my bite in the vertical dimension. I am 38 years old and my recent aligner treatment has helped with better alignment. I think the anterior part of the occlusion does not meet my relatively larger jaw. Is a crown an effective solution for better vertical dimension occlusion to raise the bite? What crowns are best that conserve the tooth and also durable if crowns are an option?

I am 38 years old and recently cracked my back left molar. The dentist I visited fit a temporary crown and referred me to an oral surgeon to have my wisdom tooth removed before fitting for a permanent crown. The oral surgeon doesn't want to remove the tooth due to my age and the potential for nerve damage based on my xrays. The dentist now wants me to visit a different oral surgeon that will remove the tooth. Who should I trust more?
Im a 37 years old male congenitally missing my upper lateral incisors. My orthodontist stripped enamel from both sides of my first premolars and the front of my seconds premolars to avoid surgery. They now look and feel awful and there is still not enough space for implants and my upper jaw doesnt fit correctly over the lower. It looks like Ill need surgery still. Can these premolars be repaired back to their original shape with wrap around porcelain veneer or would I need full crowns?
Baby tooth pulled out about ten years ago and the adult tooth came out crooked (I am 37). Finally set to do something about it but not willing to spend a lot of $ and dont want braces. All my teeth are healthy but I am thinking we pull the bent one and look at price options to fit gap. any thoughts at a reasonable cost? i.e. crown the bent tooth? pull bent tooth and chuck in a implant or use a bridge. Most quotes where i live are just insane so also considering heading to bali to get it done if need be.
I am 37 and have very strong and healthy teeth, no fillings or any other repairs. I had braces as a kid and did have very nice straight teeth until I put off removing my wisdom teeth which caused overcrowding. I now have one of my front teeth slightly set back and one sticking out. The dentist suggested crowns on the front four to straighten it out which I agreed to but since I have mentioned it to a few people they seem horrified that I am having that done on otherwise perfectly healthy teeth?
When I was 18, I got a gold on my right front tooth and now that I am older (39) and my profession is talking to people, I don't find it to be very professional for me. I would like to have it removed. What would be the best fit for me in the place of the gold; to look natural and professional? What are my options?
