I'm 38 year old Caucasian male. I'm looking into fixing my front teeth. As the 2 front are chipping away almost gone. I have an underbite. Not interested in jaw surgery. Would crowns or veneers work in my situation?
Answer: Full mouth prosthetic rehabilitation can solve the problem Hello. Since there is a cross bite between the jaws, in order to solve this situation with prosthetic methods, all teeth should be crowned and in this way, by increasing the vertical dimension, your lower face 1/3 height, which has decreased, should be brought to the ideal position.

Answer: Veneers Hello, my name is Dr Tyler Hales and I am a cosmetic dentist in Orange County, California. Your underbite does create a bit of difficulty when it comes to restoring those teeth. it really depends on what your goals are. We can correct it but would have to treat the top and bottom together. If we were just focused on the top, we can restore those teeth but would have to keep them in the same bite.

Answer: ZYRCONIA CROWNS "Considering your dental situation, it's evident that your front teeth are experiencing considerable wear, and coupled with the underbite you have, it's crucial to address this issue comprehensively. In my experience, I would consider zirconia crowns as a primary option in this case. Zirconia crowns are renowned for their exceptional durability and strength, crucial aspects when dealing with masticatory forces, especially in the presence of bruxism. In situations where the front teeth have undergone notable wear, zirconia crowns offer a solution that not only restores function but also significantly enhances aesthetics. Unlike dental veneers, zirconia crowns provide a more robust structural support, being better able to withstand occlusal forces. This strength is essential, particularly in cases of bruxism, where repetitive forces can negatively impact more delicate restorations such as veneers. In summary, zirconia crowns would not only allow for the restoration of the functionality of your front teeth but also for the reshaping of their form and the enhancement of your smile's aesthetics. However, it is crucial to undergo a detailed evaluation to tailor this approach to your specific needs and ensure optimal long-term results."
