I want to remove a gold from my tooth.What are my replacement options for long term? (photo)

When I was 18, I got a gold on my right front tooth and now that I am older (39) and my profession is talking to people, I don't find it to be very professional for me. I would like to have it removed. What would be the best fit for me in the place of the gold; to look natural and professional? What are my options?

It may be that a portion of the porcelain broke out on the inside. This should not happen so soon after putting them on. It could be a internal defect in the porcelain or the dentist may not have reduced the tooth enough ,leaving that too thin. I would have the dentist take a look and see what...

The back of the crown is made of metal in your case.  If you bite is very tight, the dentist may choose to cover the back of the tooth with metal as he does not have to reduce the tooth as much for metal coverage.  The only way to see the back is to really try.  I hope your...
