What does it mean, Coolsculpting and a hiatal hernia is a contradiction

And would it be covered if someone is very obese and has a hiatal hernia?

I was diagnosed in 2009 as having a hiatal hernia in the GE junction...does this prevent me from having CoolSculpting?
