I have tan/medium skin and have scheduled an appointment for fractional co2 to lessen the appearance of my acne scars but after research Ive found horror stories of redness being present more than a month after the procedure or the little dot patches from the machine still being visible. Is my skin tone a factor in how it will look like weeks after the treatment? I really dont need a patchy red face
I have undergone fractional laser CO2 therapy. They gave me 5 session treatment. Last setting was in march 2018. My skin has become red and the area treated with laser is darker and more red. Pimple blemishes have grown. They look more dark overtime. What am i supposed to do now?
I had a fractional CO2 laser 4 days ago and know the proceed as I have many sessions before for acne scars. This time I had full face for both scars ( very swallow now) and firmness/ lines. This times it is not like before I stated to peel at day 2 (one spot) and in this early areas of peeling the skin are very red, shiny and raw. I did not peel off myself it was naturally. Is it normal to peel so early? some areas are raw & red and other more pink... a bit anxious about the ones very raw!
I'm very concerned about my face. The left side is OK, but the right side has red blotches and streaks and looks terrible. What's the chance of this fading? My doctor says it will but I have the feeling he's brushing me off. Using triamcinolone acetonide ointment 0.1% 3 times per day, along with cetaphil cleanser. How concerned should I be about these marks being permanent, and should I be using something else to get rid of these streaks and blotches?
Hello, Before more than 2 months I had acne scars treatment - Subscision + CO2 Laser + Filler. Everything healed fine but one thing is bothering me. On the right cheek developed red or pink patch and I have had here for two months. Can you please give me advice what it is and how can I treat it? Or it will fade out on its own? Thank you.
