I’ve removed the warts in beard area by co2 laser after 3 weeks the treatment area has turned dark pink patches is the patches are permanent or i’m really scared by those scarred patches

Co2 will not improve psoriasis, however, you can have Co2 laser treatment in an area unaffected by psoriasis. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer
