Good day, I heard laser treatements ( including CO2 ) are not very effective in treating crow's feet as wrinkles will appear again in few months of treatment. Is this correct, and what is best permanent solution for wrinkles in this area. Thank you
I would like to understand if CO2 laser would work on my under eyes. I looked into tear trough filler but I don't think it will give me the desired results (altho please let me know if I'm wrong). I'm reluctant to look into lower blepharoplasty as I had upper and it didn't heal great. I have scarring and also a lump of scar tissue on my eyelid that I hate so I'd be worried the lower would heal the same and be more visible Thank you!
Everything I keep reading is that an individual should have CO2 laser done in addition to the eyelid surgery. I am 60 years old and have bags under my eyes that are quite swelled and make me feel a lot older. I am a CA girl who loved the sun too much growing up, so my skin is not in prime condition, but it's not too bad either (I do use Obaji). I am just afraid that my skin will look too crepe-y under my eyes if I don't have the laser...any thoughts or suggestions prior to my final decision?
My eyelids are still red/sore and appear bruised 4 weeks post laser. Was advised to apply OTC Steroid cream after 2 weeks to aid recovery-Used sparingly on alternate days. Right eye is particularly bad and slow to heal. Need to use heavy makeup (Dermablend) to leave the house. What should I do now? Is it just a waiting game? Have taken progress photos over past 4 weeks. I Have included 1 photo post laser and 3 photos of Right eye at 4 weeks. Redness is worse than appears in photos.
My facial skin initially healed very well, except the skin above and below my eyes. Monthly treatments with another laser are helping. Also, at about the 3-month mark, my skin became reactive. Hyperplasia on forehead, capillaries appearing, acne, and milia both above and below eyes. Neither plastic surgeon nor my dermatologist had any real answers or solutions, and my skin still doesn't look as good as it initially did. Any insights, thoughts, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Managed to post photo (I hope). It's one day after co2 fractional laser, complete face and eyes. Still swollen, but am concerned about hound dog look. Same plastic surgeon performed laser as did prior lower lid lift 4 years earlier. Is this common?
