I received a Clear and Brilliant treatment a couple of months ago and loved the results minus one area on my chin that appeared to have an open wound/scabbing/and drainage less than 24 hours after the treatment! I just wanted to know what happened? Provider/rep/and clinical team could not figure it out. No retinols/acids/medications used prior, skin was clean before treatment, # of overpasses were correct. Any guesses? I will attach a photo too.
