Hello, doctors! Thank you for taking the time to read my question. I would love advice on what I can do to improve the appearance of my lower face. I am still in my 20s but have jowling and loose skin due to major weight loss. I really dislike the shape of my lower face and would like a tighter jawline. I know a neck lift is an option but I'm unsure of other options. Do you think chin/jowl and neck lipo would be an option? Facial fat grafting to put more volume in my face overall? Thanks!
I'm looking for a solution to my lower face fullness, specifically to my jowl area and jawline (picture attached). One doctor quoted me for chin/lower jowl lipo and FaceTite. I'm in my early 20s - is FaceTite necessary? What would you recommend?
Hello! I am 35 years old and for some reason my jowls have been impossible to treat. I have done nearly everything - Ultherapy, Threads, Morpheus8, RF microneedling, Sculptra, lemon bottle, masseter botox... Fun fact: I have had a heavy low face since little and my face was rounded until I had a buccal fat removal when I was 30 years old. My last resort is chin and jowl liposuction because my plastic surgeon believes my jowls are fat deposits. Is this the right thing to do? Thanks!
I had lower neck lift and chin lipo suction in March 2023. I am still showing a double chin and the lower facelift hasnt addressed my jowls. Can anymore be taken from my chin? My surgeon says not. And should my jowls still be showing after a lower neck lift?
I'm wondering what can be done about this--I'm at a healthy weight and have always had this, the skin isn't loose it's just like bulges of extra fat. Is there a way to improve the look with filler? Ideally I'd like to lift or remove the fat to suck the area in a bit but I've heard liposuction isn't done in this area because it's very risky. What are my options? Thank you!
I have a minor double chin that will make its appearance when I sometimes smile or look down. I have gained 7 lbs and plan to lose this weight but im not sure if this will resolve my issue of a double chin or jowls/skin laxity? Im not sure if a chin lipo is the way or if I should consider a neck lift/chin implant or some other non invasive procedure (filler/ulthera).,
Hi there! 3 years ago I had liposuction done on several areas of my body. I am very happy with the result, except for my jawline. I had expected it to appear balanced (to me it seems more fat was taken from one side than the other) and contoured. Can further liposuction address the fat in my jowls, and accumulation along jawline towards bottom of my ears? I have always had an accumulation of fat in this area my whole life, the women in my family all have. I am 46 with moderate skin elasticity.
Hello, I am 32yrs old. Ive always been fairly skinny (right now Im 59kg and 168cm). Lately Ive been noticing my jaw is not defined and I have a double chin, also jowls or marionette lines forming and the corners of my mouth down turned. Im terrified of letting things get worse. Wondering two things: 1. Im I a candidate for chin liposuction? 2. What can I do about marionette lines. Will lipo in jowls and morpheus8 help?
At 14 years old I became very aware of my double chin or saggy chin even at a low body fat percentage, while it gets better, it persists. My face is slim while rested. When I move at different angles, or smile my jawline disappears and I have a double chin. Do I have jowls? What can I do to resolve? My goal is no double chin and a defined jaw. Im thinking about lipo as im not keen on Kybella. Do I need a facelift?! Thanks in advance - im 25
Which do you think would be best for me? I just turned 28 and I have what I think is fat under my chin/ jawline area and a little bit of jowls I guess. I don't think I have that much fat but I do want to remove whatever is there and get a more tighter and contoured jawline.
