Chin Liposuction + Indentation Q&A

I hace an indent that is only made obvious because of that one muscle I think? Its really affecting how I feel about my results. It was been hard to enjoy my results because I still cannot look at my side profile its just a different problem than what I had before

I had chin lipo earlier this year and as I healed this indent in my chin appeared. It has just been getting worse as my skin laxity has decreased with the THERMItight. You will also see there is a burn from the skin tightening, but this is getting treated and is slowly getting better. I am wondering what can be done about the indent from the cannula under my chin.

Over aggressive chin lipo has left me with an indentation under my chin.

12 months ago I got buccal fat removal and chin lipo. Both services were add-ons to stomach Lipo. Surgeon suggested the day of and I agreed. When looking straight my chin looks fine, but from certain angles you can see that I have a hard lump/indentation where my scar is at. It makes it look like an actual double chin. A friend of mine that works at a plastic surgeons office suggested a chin implant to gain volume in area. I was thinking a revision/more Lipo. Any recommendations?

I had Smartlipo on my chin back in May (so 7 month ago) and started to notice this indentation about a month ago. Im wondering what it is and what can be done to smooth it out?

I had submental neck lift and lipo. I am a healthy, non smoker in my 30s. I have always been consistently at a healthy weight but always have had a weak chin muscle. Had a neck corset submental muscle lift and lipo. Only one incision under chin. I understand swelling and final results are still early to see but I am starting to be concerned at the uneasiness and the unsmooth area. Doctor said to start to message and its just normal swelling. Should I get a second oppinion and act sooner than later to get it checked out.

It faded yesterday upon waking & doesn't occur during the day, just at night. I am sleeping on my back propped up by three pillows. I am worried the indentation will be permanent mark. Should I stop wearing it at night, I've been told this is when I really should wear it, It's Saturday morning and I cannot contact my Dr for advice. Thank You.

I'm 28 days post op chin lipo. One area was particularly stiff and swollen from day one. That area now seems to be darkening and creating a tight firm immovable indentation. Is this a hematoma? Scar tissue? Normal healing? What is this? Will this go away on its own?
