I had bilateral bunion surgery 10 years ago. My Big toe has less than ideal range of motion. I went to physical therapy after the surgery until they could do no more to help/ They said the stiffness is probably scar tissue. I have a very very slight limp my toe gets sore and wearing heels is difficult, i cannot bend my toe as much as i can on the other foot. What could be done? A revision? or maybe laser or something.., an exercise? Thank you!!!
Hello, I had bunion surgery on both feet. My right foot is completely fine but my left foot is another story. I now have no support from my big toe, so all of the pressure is on the toe next to it. It causes me pain daily. I am on my feet all day for work and enjoy working out 3-5x a week. Is there a way to correct this? Not only does it cause me pain but it looks ridiculous. My second toe is twice the size!!
I had bunions surgery a couple of years ago but since then my big toe can't bend back properly. I cant wear hihg heels any more and it often starts to hurts when I run at the gym for any more than a couple of minutes. Can I get the screw removed and maybe get the toe joint replaced so that I can wear heels again and go running without pain? I want to somehow regain the range of motion that it shuold have. What are the options?
Hi my name is Kay. So first Ive always been embarrassed about my feet. Ive barely showed my feet to anyone in the 32 years of my life. Now that Im 32 Im starting to have problems with my feet. Pain especially on the right foot thats more deformed. It feels like Im putting so much pressure on the side and it hurts. My feet arent straight. Im not sure if its my ankle thats deformed or what. What surgeries do I need to improve my ugly feet??? Please help.
Hello, Im 32 and I have a crooked second toe on both feet. I used to do quite a lot of ballet and other dance and had severe bunyions and crooked toes. I did the bunyion surgery over 5 years ago and happy with the result but my second toe is very crooked. It doesnt hurt, but for aesthetic reasons I would like to fix it.
I had ingrown toenail surgery 25 years ago and the podiatrist was an absolute butcher, she cut off a good 1/3 of my toenails leaving me with these tiny stumps that became extremely prone to curling and catching on everything. I've been getting acrylics to cover them up but I noticed my toenails have been deteriorating under the acrylic over the years, so this is now what I am left with. Is there any way my toenail beds can be reconstructed?
