I had bunions surgery a couple of years ago but since then my big toe can't bend back properly. I cant wear hihg heels any more and it often starts to hurts when I run at the gym for any more than a couple of minutes. Can I get the screw removed and maybe get the toe joint replaced so that I can wear heels again and go running without pain? I want to somehow regain the range of motion that it shuold have. What are the options?
