I had ingrown toenail surgery 25 years ago and the podiatrist was an absolute butcher, she cut off a good 1/3 of my toenails leaving me with these tiny stumps that became extremely prone to curling and catching on everything. I've been getting acrylics to cover them up but I noticed my toenails have been deteriorating under the acrylic over the years, so this is now what I am left with. Is there any way my toenail beds can be reconstructed?
