Would Bunion surgery revision help? Big toe has less than ideal range of motion.

I had bilateral bunion surgery 10 years ago. My Big toe has less than ideal range of motion. I went to physical therapy after the surgery until they could do no more to help/ They said the stiffness is probably scar tissue. I have a very very slight limp my toe gets sore and wearing heels is difficult, i cannot bend my toe as much as i can on the other foot. What could be done? A revision? or maybe laser or something.., an exercise? Thank you!!!
