I have very chubby cheeks when I smile (chipmunk cheeks) which I think are very distracting and generally unappealing. I would like to reduce them. I nearly certain this is different from buccal fat removal as my concern is with this uppermost part of the cheeks that seem to form a round ball when smiling. Is there any way to treat this issue in particular?
Hy Im 21 years old male. My cheeks are extremely fat like on a fat baby but the rest of my body is very fit. My questions is, Is it babyfat That I havent loose? Is it a genetic storage place? I read about buccal removal and malar fat pads liposuction is there any other options?what do you think is the best procedur in this case? Thanks for your time doc.
After tons of research, I have what I believe to be hereditary malar mounds. The puffiness or extra fat at the top of my cheeks that creates a crease. I had them in my newborn pictures. Something Ive always had. Ive done so many different treatments including RF, IPL, microneedling and Ulthera. Nothing has worked. Is there anything that can be done to remove the puffiness or excess fat?
I had buccal fat removal and now I'm concerned about the consequences. Is it possible that the buccal fat removal will accelerate the malar fat pad descent? I mean, the malar fat pad is located above the buccal fat pad. Does the buccal fat gives any form of support to the malar fat? I had chubby lower cheeks but I don't want my apple cheeks to go down. Thank you
