I would like to know if a breast reduction and/or lift would help my issues. My right breast is larger than my left. As I've aged and breastfed, I've had more sagging. At 50, I would like to be able to wear a normal bra or even go without sometimes. I work out every day and I'm tired of bouncing around or my arms hitting my breasts when I walk or jog. I am 5'2 and 118 pounds. My weight is stable and I'm in good health. My measurements are 33 inches around my fullest and 28 around my rib cage.
Hi, I am 46 years old, 5'6, 114 lbs, 34D. I had a consult today for a lift and he suggested an implant because I want top fullness. My hesitation has always been getting implants because I already have large breasts. Is a breast reduction with implants (to get top roundness) a common procedure and is this typically done in two stages? I didn't think to ask the consult doc about this earlier today. Thanks so much
I am finally looking to get a breast reduction! It's been so long and every day is uncomfortable. I am a 30DDD (I think) and was curious why some women get a more boxy shape after their reduction. If it depends on your current size (I'm 5'3 & 115 lbs), surgeons technique, etc. Or post-surgery does wearing a good bra help for shape? I would appreciate any information or advice regarding getting the best results!! Thank you :D
I'm a DD and want to be an A. I found a surgeon to perform a reduction with a free nipple graft to achieve this. She says it will look natural on my frame (5'9, 120 lbs.). My family and friends think it's too extreme and will cause reverse dysmorphia. I'm pretty confident a drastic reduction is a sound decision because my breasts have caused me significant distress throughout my life (I'm 44.). Is it too extreme? Has anyone had success with this type of reduction? (Edited)
I am 5 foot 4. i plan to have surgery after I can reach my goal weight of 123. I had a breast reduction at the age of 15. I only went from a c to a b and my surgeon didnt even ask my personal desire, he just comes back while I was being prepared and asks how does a b cup sound. I asked for an a and he goes, we need to leave some tissue in there for blood flow. I am now aware that their needs to be enough blood flow coming through the tissue for the nipple to survive but I learned this through research from other surgeons online websites. they say loosing 2 cup sizes is ideal, my surgeon didnt even measure me so my question is how much would the minimum cost be for taken me b cup to double a? I dont care if the nipple has to be removed, I dont even want it back on as a skin graft. Thanks
I am 5'2 and 110 lbs, 28 yrs old and i had a breast reduction at age 16. I was a 32H and was reduced to a large 32C. Since then i have been on 1 kind of birth control pill from 2017-2019, had a pregnancy that ended in a miscarriage near the end of the first trimester. My weight has fluctuated between 102-115 during this time and from 2016-2021 my breast size remained constant. In 2022 I grew and now im a 32F. Would there be any reason why? And what are the risks with a 2nd one?
Im looking to have a reduction to be proportionate to my body. Im currently 125 lbs, 54. 27 Currently a 32DDD I want natural shape minimal scaring According to the Schnur scare and my insurance requirements I would need 200 gram removed. What techniques would you suggest? Would I be a D cup still with 200 g removed per side?
My chest is the cause of some pretty severe back pain, and I want more than anything to get it reduced. Being on the thinner side, my breasts stick out like a sore thumb, and finding shirts, bathing suit tops, and dresses that fit is a nightmare. Im hoping to get my chest reduced as much as physically possiblein a dream world, Id be an a-cup. Im willing to settle for a b-c, just to get rid of this back pain, but Im wondering if my dreams are unrealistic. Any help?
I'm infertile so bearing children & breastfeeding is of no concern to me. I'm looking to make my chest more masculine without getting a FtM top surgery like double incision. I still want an A cup, but no bigger than that. What are my options?
I have a lot of back and shoulder pain. If I stand or sit up straight for too long I get a lot of back pain. I also feel extremely uncomfortable in bathing suits, finding bras, and just clothes in general. I feel really uncomfortable all the time both physically and emotionally.
