I am 4 weeks post op. 500cc silicone implants under muscle. My right breast is sore and there has been alot of air bubbles when I move. The incision looks fine not red/ no rash. I have had sharp pains as well. The right implant looks like its dropping more towards the right side and not straight down like my left is dropping. I did wake up half on my tummy this morning... Also having back muscle spasm right side. Not sure if any of this is normal after I been fine 2 weeks ago?
I got my boobs done 9 months ago , Under the muscle , rightboob485cc and left440cc I love them, so problems, started going working out lifting , I would deadlift about 110 at the most , I start noticing my right boob started feeling weird like when I flex my muscle, like a tightness feeling only on the side of my right boob, doesnt really hurt, or at time my boob felt more heavy it started maybe 3 weeks ago not sure what it is, could it be that Im not wearing a enough supportive bra? Or muscle spasm?
Should I be worried if my left breast is more tender than my right? I am 6 days post op with 215cc tear drop gummy bear implants, (I went from being a double A to a small B, they are u see the muscle) I feel like I get more muscle spasms in my left breast too. Is this early signs of capsular contracture? Thank you so much
What bra is best for me to help me with my recovery? Best sportsbra thats comfortable ? Are cold and warm compresses ok? Why are my implants so bothered by every sportsbra Ive put on? Is it because Im in between sizes. Help! No bra I put on feels good and I think its causing pain and I have painful rashes. Also Im having horrible muscle spasms still. Ive been to my doc multiple times and he said everything looks ok. Im 54 115pounds with 275cc high profile under muscle.
400cc under the muscle & anchor lift Uneventful recovery but Im still getting mild morning boob & muscle spasms most days. Im also still a bit tight/restricted. i have no pain & breasts are softening well & mobile. I have seen some improvement but is there anything more I can do to help myself? Some excercises or stretches? I was a gym goer before surgery & Im also a very anxious tense person- a worrier. I cant help compare to others who are past this stage!
I'm two months post op. My implants still sit high, and feel hard. They also look like they have a hump from a profile view, which worries me. My implants are not moving down into their pockets at all! I've been doing massages to move the implant and reduce scar tissue from forming and started taking vitamine E. My PS says its muscle spasm which is causing my implants to stay high on my chest, but could it be capsular contracture? From small A to small D, submuscular, 460cc, silicone
My ace bandage was placed wrong in the O.R and for 2 straight days I delt with intollerable pain & muscle spasms but I was told to 'keep the ace bandage on' for 48 hours. Now that it's off my breast (rt side only, where the spasms were) is ROCK hard (10x harder than the other breast), tender to the touch and significantly higher! The extreme hardness has me concerned! Could this be a capaular contracture so early in the game?
