What bra is best for me to help me with my recovery? Best sportsbra that’s comfortable ? Are cold and warm compresses ok? Why are my implants so bothered by every sportsbra I’ve put on? Is it because I’m in between sizes. Help! No bra I put on feels good and I think it’s causing pain and I have painful rashes. Also I’m having horrible muscle spasms still. I’ve been to my doc multiple times and he said everything looks ok. I’m 5’4 115pounds with 275cc high profile under muscle.

Dear nikkiebear,I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice. Regarding the bra, every plastic surgeon has his own postoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon.Daniel Barrett, MD
