Since my surgery Ive noticed that my implants have been asymmetrical, starting from the incisions, its clear one cut is higher than the other. Im a year post opp and my one implant is clearly lower than the other. My surgeon says its from pre-existing asymmetry but the one implant is clearly so much lower. Im so unhappy with this.
I'm 5'7and 150 lbs. I am considering breast implants. My doctor said to go with D' s bc I'm tall. She said C cup would not really make a difference. I would like advice from anyone with hp silicone implants around 500-550cc's Thanks!
Hi, Id like your opinion on a few concerns. My surgery is next week. Im 56, 133 lbs, 33-28-42 bra size 32B. Im getting sub-muscular, textured, silicone implants. Should i get smooth implants since im going sub-muscular anyway? Im afraid they wont drop. I dont want to go too big, Id hate a D. Would you recommend 300cc or 400cc. And how many ccs are lost by going under the muscle? Also, would you recommend areolar incision? Thanks!
Before I had the procedure my surgeon said I had pectus excavatum so I would have tight cleavage. I had 350cc high profile placed under the muscle. In September, it will be 4 years. I am worried that as they drop and have settled I am at risk for developing symmastia? Can you develop symmastia this long after surgery? And am I at risk?
Whats everyones thoughts on implant massages. I was told at my last appointment that the reasoning behind why my implants wont drop is because he claims I havent been do my massages or exercises but I have ever since 2 weeks after my surgery. He has me pushing in at the top and holding for a minute straight and doing that every hour. Does it really help?
I've had my breast implants for 7 years (silicone 250cc). I've always had one smaller than the other but last week noticed one has significantly dropped lower and completely different size. I'm freaking out as I'm not sure what has happened or if it's ruptured?
I've had an awful experience from start to finish and no longer working with my surgeon. I am in tears over what I'm afraid will be my final result. My right side experienced significantly more swelling in the upper pole from the very beginning (since about two days post-op) and is my dominant side. Very athletic. The left dropped relatively quickly during 3-5 wks. It's a very nice shape and size notwithstanding the awful scarring. Not the right (your left). I've been using massage, supplements, compression band, and now K-tape.
I hope you are all doing amazing. :) 11 months ago I've had my surgery. I had 345cc Natrelle INSPIRA Smooth Round Gel Breast Implants above the muscle. I have noticed that one breast is positioned higher than the other (nipple placement is not symmetrical). The left nipple looks low in comparison to the right. Questions: - is it possible one hasn't dropped? - how can I resolve this? - if I need to operate again with the same surgeon would he charge me? Could I also go bigger in this case?
I've obviously had some issues with my left breast, however now my right one is crazy too. I am 3 months post opp and my implant is sitting really high. They aren't hard so to say, however when I bend, there is a hard spot. It is sore and firm but not completely hard. Thanks for the help.
