Feeling pretty great about my BA so far but the swelling around my breasts is beginning to bother me. Ever since I had my drains out of 1st day post op the fluid has noticeably been collecting around my implants. I am now 8 days post op and I have been given the ok to massage (10x a day!!!) I am taking arnica and rubbing arnica gel on my armpit incisions (3x a day) they are still hard. When should I expect the swelling to go down?
Hello! I received my breast augmentation (385cc, HP, Dual Plane Inspira Responsive) with some liposuction in both armpits. My right armpit is bruising horribly, Ive been taking arnica, tumeric and bromelaine as well as applying arnica topically- is there anything else I can do to help with the bruising?
Is there anything I can do to make my life easier while healing? So far all Ive got is bendy straws, shirts and bras that open from the front, pineapple and arnica for bruising, request muscle relaxants in addition to pain pills. Am I missing anything?
Okay I have no idea what bra to look for and invest in before I book a date. What kind, and what other things would be good to have on hand for afterwards. Someone told me arnica gel is good for bruising but I will be getting it under the breast so putting some kind of gel on top of an open wound seems like a not so good idea. I don't want to squash my boobs and possibly like jack up the position or w/e?
I would like to know what the recommended time after BA to start slowly back into exercise? Running especially, I will start out walking first, I don't want anything to happen to cause damage. Love the new girls. Any suggestions about the swelling? I've applied Arinica Montana , and frozen peas.
