What can I do to smooth the surgery process and healing?

Question

Is there anything I can do to make my life easier while healing? So far all I’ve got is bendy straws, shirts and bras that open from the front, pineapple and arnica for bruising, request muscle relaxants in addition to pain pills. Am I missing anything?
