I just turned 40 years old had a recent mammogram and my breast tissue is dense and my breasts are sagging causing me alot of depression i would like to have them removed i do have blue cross blue shield my blue insurance
I recently had a mammogram at 34 yrs old because my doctor felt a suspicious lump which turned out to be the valve to my saline implant. My implants are 12 years old, I've breastfed 3 children & they are now bottomed out. I do not want to replace them I'm an anxious person by nature I'm sick of worrying about problems with them down the road. Can you tell from my mammogram pics just how small I'll be & if they're under the muscle? The technician commented about how I had 0 breast tissue.
I have an old rupture they finally found. I have BII symptoms I thought was long hauler and bad luck , endometriosis, colitis , esophagitis , esophageal candida, new osteitis of the same sided clavicle. I felt it ruptured after a mammo in 2018 but MRI and many mammo and US said intact. MRI contrast finally found it. Will and implant exchange get rid of my symptoms ? Is the osteitis of my clavicle related? Its very painful the clavicle. I dont know , exchange or explant. BII or long hauler S/S
The implant appeared to have pukered lips. Assume this means the rupture was new? I am 61 and single. I went to a reputable hospital to there plastic surgeon who totally freaked me out after I said I wanted them removed. He laughed at me as he told me how disformed I will be after the surgery. Cannot afford the surgery, let alone paying for humiliation.
I am having my saline breast implants removed. They are under the muscle. My plastic surgeon is not removing the capsule; he said that it will eventually dissolve in my body. Will this scar tissue interfere with mammograms? Will the capsule hide any possible tumors?
